You first came out in Feb 2024 because the HOA insurance was not renewed and we were now going to own our roof.   You inspected our roof free and gave us an honest assessment of the life expectancy.  This occurred because I had heard you on “the Rush For Reason” show and the many ads your girls have done.  I am a frequent listener to all Rush’s shows.
On June 9 we had The Big Hail event.  You came out several weeks late and reevaluated the roof.  Came again in late July to meet with my All State team.  As a result, we had a new roof with us having invested some money.
